Position Responsibilities
The Operations Support Coordinator will provide operational support for both the Kansas City and St. Louis markets by:
- Assisting with daily dispatch operations and load coverage
- Supporting driver communication and issue resolution
- Monitoring Hours of Service, ELD compliance, and safety documentation
- Coordinating accident paperwork and required compliance follow-up
- Assisting with driver onboarding and ongoing training documentation
- Maintaining operational reports and administrative records
- Providing customer communication and service support as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in transportation, chemicals, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Candidates with a valid driver's license highly preferred.
