Project Manager

Responsible for all aspects of project management from beginning to end under general supervision. Supervisor provides limited direction.

Building relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside salespeople

Problem solve while accurately utilizing, maintaining, and tracking project data

Communicate regularly with inside/outside sales team to understand and remain up to date on the requirements of each project

Perform material take-offs

Submittal creation

Produce add order quotations

Negotiate job buy-out

Maintain knowledge of currently represented products

Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project closeout

Other duties as assigned by manager

Two or more years of lighting project management required

Possesses customer service experience

Ability and willingness to teach others

Ability to select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things

A team-first attitude

Must have excellent math skills

Must be proficient on Word, Blue Beam and Outlook

At least four years of Excel experience
