RN Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans Develop and implement resident care plans and nursing strategies Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Administer medications and document treatments, resident conditions, and changes in status Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with facility standards Ensure all state, federal, and facility safety regulations and procedures are followed Maintain a clean, safe, and resident‑focused environment Utilize nursing equipment and supplies according to established procedures Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition Perform additional nursing duties as assigned RN Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program Active RN license in the state of practice Current BLS/CPR certification Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long‑Term Care experience preferred Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Why Join Our Team?
