About the Position

Job Title

Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Night Shift (OR/ED RN NOC)

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients presenting with a wide variety of needs, ranging from non-critical to emergent medical conditions
• Deliver emergent and urgent mental health care as part of a comprehensive Emergency Department team
• Care for patients arriving by walk-in or emergency transport
• Provide critical cardiac and trauma care for both adult and pediatric patients
• Perform moderate complexity testing in compliance with College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
• BLS (Healthcare Provider Level) required
• ACLS required
• TNCC required
• PALS required
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume emergency department setting
• Experience caring for both adult and pediatric emergency patients
• Familiarity with trauma and critical cardiac care protocols
