The Compensation and Mobility Analyst will be responsible for managing end-to-end domestic and international employee relocations, ensuring compliance with company policies, cost control, and a positive employee experience. In addition, will manage compensation plans, incentive programs and policies in order to attract, motivate and retain the best talent.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of domestic relocations, including initiation, policy administration, and case management.
- Coordinate with relocation vendors (RMCs, movers, temporary housing providers, etc.) and ensure service quality.
- Track relocation cases, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and cost control.
- Review relocation expenses and invoices, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
- Provide guidance to employees on relocation benefits, timelines, and expectations.
- Manage international transfers, including long-term, short-term, and permanent assignments.
- Maintain HR information accurate in HRIS systems: Success Factors and Kronos/Dimensions.
- Responsible for auditing payroll information to validate people is paid correctly.
- Generate reports, standards and as requested.
- Develop a complete knowledge of all the HR tools/platforms and maintain these systems as necessary.
- Conduct market analysis and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
- Administer all incentives programs by providing earnings information, review participants eligibility, calculations and overall compliance.
- Responsible for standardizing and running merit processes for all employees.
- Reviews and elaborates Compensation policies, SPDs and processes for all compensation programs.
- Ensure each program is compliant with all Federal and State laws.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required. 1-3 years of Compensation experience preferred.
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Compensation, Relocation, Global Mobility, or HR Operations.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel required, advanced experience preferred.
- Prior HR experience in Construction or Manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong analytical and quantitative skills required to interpret complex compensation data (examples of prior work may be requested). Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Strong attention to details. Employee-focused service delivery. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Process improvement mindset. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions
Job involves sitting most of the time with walking or standing for brief periods of time. Capable of working in an open concept office environment. Physical Requirements Walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, to communicate to employees/visitors. Requires stationary position, traverse, move, transport, and the ability to significant degree to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, or position. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with employees and other individuals as well as function safely within an office environment and, on occasion, may visit industrial plant locations.
