Medical Front Office Supervisor

Job Description Job Description Our client is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for their growing multi-location women's health practice in the greater Atlanta area. We're looking for an experienced, detail-driven Front Office Supervisor to lead daily operations and elevate the patient experience across the team. The Front Office Supervisor doesn't manage from behind a desk, they're in it with their team every day. You'll personally work check-in or check-out each day alongside your staff, which keeps you close to the patient experience, the workflow, and the people you lead. Hours are M-Th 8am - 5pm, F 8-12 Temp to Perm Pay $26-28/hr Front Office Supervisor Duties * Work check-in or check-out daily as a hands-on member of the front office team, not just oversee * Directly supervise, coach, and train physician office and front desk staff, setting clear expectations and developing your team day to day * Partner with and provide operational leadership to NP and PA providers, supporting smooth clinic flow and provider needs * Own front office accuracy and efficiency: scheduling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and patient communication * Manage workflows in ModMed (Modernizing Medicine/EMA) and Klara, ensuring the team uses both platforms correctly and consistently * Serve as a flexible leader willing to travel to and cover other area locations as practice needs arise * Drive a culture of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent patient care Seeking candidates with the following: * Prior experience managing or supervising physician office staff in a clinical setting * Hands-on experience with ModMed (Modernizing Medicine/EMA) and Klara strongly preferred * Demonstrated experience supporting or leading alongside NP/PA providers * Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through * Strong coaching and people-development skills * Flexibility and willingness to cover multiple locations in the Atlanta metro as needed * A proactive, team-first mindset Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * office operations: 1 year (Preferred) * modmed: 1 year (Preferred)
