About the Position

Our fast-paced Beaverton, Oregon office is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist to join our team.

No prior collections experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right person! We're looking for someone who is confident, organized, persistent, and comfortable communicating with customers to help resolve outstanding account balances.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding past-due accounts

• Review aging reports and monitor outstanding balances

• Document account activity, customer interactions, and collection efforts accurately

• Work directly with customers to identify and resolve account discrepancies and payment issues

• Communicate professionally and use sound judgment when working with customers, vendors, coworkers, and management

• Partner with sales teams and senior leadership when additional support is needed to resolve accounts

• Take ownership of challenging situations and work toward timely resolutions

• Maintain positive customer relationships while effectively managing collection efforts

What We're Looking For

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Professional, confident, and comfortable having conversations about outstanding balances

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• A self-motivated, persistent, and solutions-oriented approach to challenges

Preferred, But Not Required

• 2+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience

• Experience working with aging reports or customer account resolution
