Sparkle Express Car Wash is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support our Chicago District locations.

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance on car wash equipment and facility systems. 
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues. 
• Maintain chain, dolly, conveyor, and belt systems for optimal performance. 
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime. 
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major repairs. 
• Work closely with Site Managers to ensure each location operates safely and efficiently. 
• Travel between our five Chicago-area locations as needed. 

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, industrial equipment, automotive repair, or car wash systems. 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
• Ability to travel between locations within the Chicago District. 
• Previous car wash maintenance experience. 
• Experience working with conveyors, pumps, motors, pneumatic systems, or industrial equipment. 

Compensation & Benefits:

• $55,000–$67,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
