About the Position

Opportunity:

Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Day shift from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Every other weekend required
• No call requirements
• Work with patient populations including geriatric, adult, pediatrics, and neonates
• Must have neonatal and pediatric experience
• Perform patient assessments and implement treatments and therapies
• Attend high-risk deliveries
• Implement and manage invasive and non-invasive equipment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
• Operate equipment including V-60/VOCSN/Hamilton, Vapotherm, and Airvo2
• Electronic Health Record system: Meditech
• 1-2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: NBRC (CRT or RRT), BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care required
• Iowa license must be in hand at time of submission
