$65,000 to $85,000 This position offers an hourly wage plus performance-based commission.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Development: Identify and qualify leads for new machines or parts and service, collaborating with and forwarding opportunities to our outside sales teams.
• Promote Dealership Solutions: Champion all aspects of the dealership by selling machines, parts, service, labor, and customer service agreements.
• Customer Engagement: Maintain a consistent call cycle, striving for a minimum of 120 calls per week to connect with and support your customers.
• Account Management: Proactively manage and qualify an account base in assigned territories, primarily using the telephone to update customer information and develop strong relationships.
• Needs Analysis: Uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Data Integrity: Meticulously maintain an accurate customer account database and machine population to support targeted sales and marketing efforts.

• Spanish fluency is required for this role.
• A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, along with two to three years of business-to-business sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
