We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Client Experience Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our Riverside office. This is much more than a front desk position. About Escrow Innovations & Real Estate Innovations Escrow Innovations & Real Estate Innovations is a locally owned, independent escrow company serving the Inland Empire with a commitment to professionalism, communication, and personalized service. We work closely with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, and title companies to help ensure every transaction is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Our goal is simple: We don't just close transactions—we create experiences that clients remember and real estate professionals recommend. Responsibilities: What You'll Do As our Client Experience Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly while creating an outstanding experience for every client and business partner. Your responsibilities will include: • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and hospitality. • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with confidence and exceptional customer service. • Open new escrow files and assist with file setup. • Support Escrow Officers throughout the transaction process. • Schedule appointments and coordinate document signings. • Prepare and organize documents. • Process incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. • Maintain office organization and supplies. • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks. • Help ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This Is More Than a Reception Position We're not looking for someone to simply answer phones. We're looking for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients feel confident throughout the escrow process. Preferred Qualifications • Administrative or office experience • Customer service experience • Escrow or real estate experience • Notary Public (or willingness to become commissioned) • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus No escrow experience?
