We work closely with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, and title companies to help ensure every transaction is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Our goal is simple: We don't just close transactions—we create experiences that clients remember and real estate professionals recommend. Responsibilities: What You'll Do As our Client Experience Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly while creating an outstanding experience for every client and business partner. Your responsibilities will include: • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and hospitality. • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with confidence and exceptional customer service. • Open new escrow files and assist with file setup. • Support Escrow Officers throughout the transaction process. • Schedule appointments and coordinate document signings. • Prepare and organize documents. • Process incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. • Maintain office organization and supplies. • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks. • Help ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This Is More Than a Reception Position We're not looking for someone to simply answer phones. We're looking for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients feel confident throughout the escrow process. Preferred Qualifications • Administrative or office experience • Customer service experience • Escrow or real estate experience • Notary Public (or willingness to become commissioned) • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus No escrow experience?
