Production Operator - 2nd Shift

Manufacturing OperatorThe Manufacturing Operator role is responsible for operating paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment, including pumps, valves, filling machines, case packers, labelers, robotics, and forklifts. The role involves loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods, monitoring raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications, maintaining production records, equipment logs, and inventory levels, performing routine manufacturing tasks and minor equipment troubleshooting, supporting production schedules and collaborating with other departments to meet customer demands, maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred qualifications include one year or more of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution experience, experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment, experience monitoring gauges, machinery, and production processes, forklift and material handling equipment experience, experience working with raw materials, blending, mixing, or batch manufacturing processes, and experience monitoring product quality and maintaining production documentation.Our facility manufactures industrial coatings in a fast-paced production environment, and safety, attendance, reliability, and teamwork are critical to success in these roles.
