Welder (2nd shift)

Welder Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an experienced welder for a full-time, onsite opportunity. This hands-on role will support industrial fabrication work using GMAW and SMAW welding processes. Schedule 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Key Requirements Must be able to pass a 3G welding test using GMAW Must be able to pass a 2G welding test using SMAW Responsibilities Perform welding on various materials, parts, and fabricated components Use GMAW and SMAW welding processes to complete work to required specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Inspect completed welds for accuracy, quality, and consistency Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times Work independently and with team members to meet production needs Qualifications Prior welding experience using GMAW and SMAW processes Ability to pass required welding tests before starting Strong attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship Ability to understand basic welding symbols, drawings, and specifications Knowledge of welding safety practices Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
