Recruiting Specialist (Level I or II)Location: Columbus, OH (In Office)Employment Type: Full-Time, SalariedCompensation: $50,000 - $70,000 annuallyAbout JSETJSET Automated Technologies supports industrial construction, controls, automation, electrical, and data center projects across the United States. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our team and support hiring efforts across a variety of field, technical, and office-based positions.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, learning new technology, and helping move candidates through the hiring process from application to onboarding.What You'll DoReview resumes and identify qualified candidatesConduct phone interviews and candidate screening callsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersCommunicate with candidates throughout the hiring processProcess interview recordings and transcriptsMaintain applicant tracking system records and recruiting documentationTrack candidate movement through the hiring pipelineAssist with offers, pre-employment activities, and onboardingMaintain recruiting reports, schedules, and recruiting trackersHelp ensure open positions move efficiently from application to hireWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailComfortable speaking with candidates throughout the dayAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong follow-through and accountabilityConfidence learning new systems and technologyAbility to accurately document conversations and interview notesPositive attitude and willingness to receive feedback and coachingProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented approachQualifications1-5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, administration, coordination, scheduling, or a related fieldStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and WordAbility to work full-time in our Columbus officePreferred QualificationsExperience conducting phone interviews or candidate screeningsExperience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Experience supporting high-volume hiring environmentsExperience coordinating interviews or onboarding activitiesExperience supporting construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, industrial, or technical hiringBilingual English/SpanishCompensation & GrowthJSET is hiring for either a Level I or Level II Recruiting Specialist position.
