Quality Assurance Technician

We are seeking dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in our fast‑paced healthcare laundry facility. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. Separate, fold, and properly distribute clean linen. Inspect clean linen to ensure all quality standards have been met. Pouch and label sterile product utilizing the heat‑sealing machine. Work within established productivity and quality standards. Make recommendations to facility management for methods of improvement. Mentor and train fellow associates after mastery of tasks. Ability to read and understand all Standard Operating Procedures. Keep workstation neat and clean. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: High School Education, GED and formal education / training preferred. Good analytical skills to be able to determine number of carts required for orders. Ability to work in a noisy fast paced environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and stack individual items from machine for long periods. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Ability to push or pull a cart that may weigh 100 pounds. Demonstrated customer service and organization skills.
