Overview Guest Experience Lead at McDonald’s. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming guest experience and ensuring guests have a positive visit. Responsibilities Lead the experience: Check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves. Be the solution: Handle guest concerns and provide resolution to their satisfaction.
