(CLS) Clinical Lab Scientist - Clinical Lab - 140272

Under general supervision, performs waived, moderate, and high complexity testing; evaluates test results; performs and evaluates quality control procedures; performs preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting. Provides laboratory services in a timely manner and consistently delivers excellent customer service. Serves as a technical resource for customers and other staff. Adheres to all safety policies. Performs other related CLS functions as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific-related field; and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License.
• Applicable clinical laboratory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SoftLab LIS and Epic.
• Experience with the following automated instrumentation Iris IChemIQ, Abbott Architect, and Roche Cobas.
• Generalist skills - Hematology / Coagulation / Chemistry
• Hospital Experience.
• Hematology Analyzer - Sysmex XN, SP-50, DI-60 CellaVision, Alifax
• Coagulation Analyzer ACL TOP

Special Conditions:

• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime and at various locations as necessary in accordance with operational needs.
• Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $104,838 - $138,476 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent: $50.21 - $66.32
