Paul Gough Media provides marketing, business education, and technology solutions for private healthcare practices. We work with clinic owners across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other international markets.

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Appointment Setter to join our team in Celebration, Florida. This position is responsible for managing inbound social media inquiries, scheduling appointments for qualified prospects, and coordinating fulfillment requests for physical marketing materials.

Position Summary

The Social Media Appointment Setter is responsible for communicating with prospective customers through social media platforms, qualifying inquiries, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records within the company's CRM.

The role also includes preparing and shipping physical marketing materials requested by prospects, such as books, guides, brochures, and other company resources.

This is an in-office position that requires strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Essential Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Communicate with prospects through direct messages and comments in a professional and timely manner
• Ask qualifying questions to understand each prospect's needs
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until an appointment is scheduled or the inquiry is closed
• Record customer interactions, notes, appointments, and follow-up activity in the company's CRM
• Process requests for physical marketing materials
• Prepare, package, and ship books, brochures, guides, and other company materials on a weekly basis
• Maintain accurate fulfillment records and inventory as needed
• Assist with posting Instagram Stories and other engagement activities as assigned
• Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure accurate communication and a consistent customer experience
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in customer service, appointment setting, sales support, administrative support, or a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and courteous communication style
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience using CRM software
• Experience communicating with customers through social media
• Experience with shipping, fulfillment, or administrative coordination

Compensation

• Annual salary: $40,000–$55,000 , based on experience
