FG & RM Planner

The FG & RM Planner is responsible for generating and managing the production and raw materials plan for the local manufacturing facility, ensuring product availability for Goodyear markets worldwide. This role optimizes inventory levels, aligns cross‑functional planning processes, and maintains strong communication with regional teams, customer markets, manufacturing, and raw material suppliers. The position also develops action plans to improve inventory quality and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function. What You’ll Do Develop inventory policies and create integrated production and raw material plans aligned with demand, plant capacity, and S&OP requirements. Coordinate closely with regional planning teams to ensure alignment on strategy, tools, and short‑to‑long‑term planning processes. Provide monthly SKU‑level supply confirmations and maintain continuous communication with customer markets, manufacturing, and suppliers to adjust plans as needed. Report on production status and product allocation, supporting export teams and logistics coordination. Improve inventory quality for finished goods and raw materials while driving ongoing process and tool improvements within supply planning. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, related role. Intermediate English proficiency. What Will Set You Apart Specialization or further education in Engineering or Supply Chain. Advanced English proficiency. 1+ year of direct experience in planning. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with an interest in continuous improvement and end‑to‑end planning processes. Advanced Excel skills.
