Marketing Consultant
Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid) - 2-3 days onsite per week and 2 days remote.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Design and support marketing strategies, processes, and plans for product launches, campaigns, and promotions
- Develop compelling marketing briefs and tools that translate market insights into actionable deliverables for core marketing teams and agencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including creative, media, agency, research, dotcom, go-to-market, PR, events, and legal-to refine campaign objectives and finalize briefs
- Provide internal campaign progress communications to all stakeholders and support go-to-market kickoff activities
- Analyze competitive landscape and emerging trends to ensure strategies are aligned with business goals
- Partner with Insights teams to address knowledge gaps and enrich campaign briefs
Required:
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills with high attention to detail, clarity, and accuracy
- Experience in translating strategy and market knowledge into actionable marketing briefs and compelling stories
- Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability to work effectively with large, diverse teams
Preferred
- Master's degree or MBA
- B2B marketing experience
- Experience developing promotional campaigns and working with digital marketing tools
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (especially within Google Workspace, such as Gemini or Notebook LM)
