Senior Director, GTM Sales Enablement

About The Role The Senior Director of GTM Sales Enablement will report to and directly support the Chief Revenue Officer and oversee all training, internal communications, change management, and employee experience initiatives for go‑to‑market teams at Charlie Health. This role will manage a team and work closely with cross‑functional leaders to understand the needs of and build tailored programming for Outreach, Partnerships, Admissions, Clinical Admissions, and Care Experience teams. Responsibilities Build, oversee, and measure efficacy of a sales enablement strategy that supports learning and development and the overall effectiveness of frontline teams. Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to help inform and support the needs of all GTM teams. Partner with key stakeholders across GM teams to lead change management initiatives. Manage a team that leads onboarding, continued education, internal communications, events, rewards, and recognition initiatives for the go‑to‑market teams. Continuously assess gaps in programming and culture needs and proactively address them with key stakeholders. Requirements 8+ years of combined experience in sales and sales enablement. Experience managing a large team. Proficiency with Google Suite. Expert project and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate efficiently and autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for mental health care. Ability to travel to events regularly throughout the year. Benefits Charlie Health offers comprehensive benefits to all full‑time, exempt employees. The total target base compensation for this role will be between $154,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $193,000 and $250,000 per year. Pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
