Production Designer (Print / Packaging)

We're looking for a detail-obsessed Production Designer to join our team in Seattle! This role is all about bringing brand campaigns to life across print, packaging, and signage — think multi-page catalogs, in-store signage, and packaging that needs to be pixel-perfect before it goes to press.
- Hybrid - Flexible - Onsite for Mock Ups
- Seattle, WA
- $35-45/hr | Temp - Potential for Perm
Responsibilities:
- Produce print-ready files for packaging, signage, and multi-page layouts, ensuring specs, bleeds, and color are dialed in every time
- Partner with design and marketing teams to execute campaigns across print and packaging touchpoints
- Review physical mockups and proofs in-office to catch issues before they hit production
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with sharp attention to detail
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with vendors/printers as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in print production, sign production, and packaging design
- Strong skills building multi-page layouts (catalogs, menus, guides, etc.)
- A sharp eye for detail — you catch the things others miss
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Background in retail and/or culinary industries preferred
- Must be local to the Seattle area and available for in-office mockup reviews
