Description: As a member of an interdisciplinary team, provides quality occupational therapy services. Conducts comprehensive evaluations based on individual patient needs upon physician referral. Develops comprehensive age-appropriate plans of care based on findings from evaluations. Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment. Responds effectively to new and changing work assignments. Demonstrates the ability to adapt to varying work environments and patient needs.
