Locum MD (Medical Doctor) Ob/Gyn

This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity for an Associate-level physician to provide exceptional care in a supportive medical practice environment.

As a Locum MD, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services to patients. Collaborating with our experienced healthcare team, you will manage patient care, perform deliveries, and participate in various women's health initiatives. This role is vital to ensuring high-quality care while addressing the needs of our community.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients
• Perform deliveries and manage labor and delivery processes
• Conduct regular exams and screenings for women's health
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Educate patients on health and wellness topics related to Ob/Gyn
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Attend meetings and engage in continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Ob/Gyn
• Valid medical license to practice in the state
• Strong clinical skills and bedside manner
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory

Schedule: Thursday to Saturday, 7a-7a

Daily Volume: ~30 patients

Must be board-certified
