On-Site Community Healthcare Recruiter - Local Talent
Genesis
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Community Recruitment Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for a pod of nursing centers. You will build local relationships, source candidates through outreach and campus partnerships, and align staffing with real-time needs in a multi-site region. This on-site role requires 2–4 years in recruitment, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel daily. You’ll collaborate with HR and center leaders to strengthen teams, reduce agency costs, and foster a #J-18808-Ljbffr Genesis
