Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting the right new or used vehicle
• Manage showroom traffic and follow up with online customer leads
• Perform vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Guide customers through pricing, trade-in evaluations, and the sales process
• Utilize CRM and dealership software to manage customer communication
• Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team goals

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Comfortable using computers, CRM platforms, email, and digital tools
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
