Join Pediatrix Medical Group as a BC/BE pediatric intensivist at Bon Secours/Mercy St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond, VA. You will work alongside a dedicated team of board-certified Pediatric Critical Care Providers in a dynamic hospital environment. Both experienced providers and new graduates are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity. Practice Info 6-physician practice Robust sub-specialty support available, including Peds GI, Endocrinology, Surgery, Pulmonology, Neurology, Infectious Disease, Orthopedics and Urology Pediatrix also provides NICU and pediatric hospitalist services at St. Mary's Hospital Part of a comprehensive care team of pediatric critical care specialists and pediatric hospitalists St. Mary's Hospital is the flagship hospital of Bon Secours Mercy Health Responsibilities Cover the 10-bed PICU with an ADC of 7 Provide shared coverage of a two day per week sedation program Compensation Competitive compensation package Sign-on bonuses Relocation Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA and HSAs 401k plan Employee Stock Purchase Program Voluntary plans available through convenient payroll deductions Shift & Schedule Block scheduling available with 12 hour shifts M-F and 24 hour shifts on weekends Inhouse call Qualifications BC/BE Pediatric Intensivist Work well as part of a team Adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines Provide high quality care
