Assembly Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality wooden pallets and crates on the production line, ensuring each item meets strict quality standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities Assemble components and subassemblies using nail guns, power tools, and assembly line equipment to meet production targets. Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines to ensure precise assembly and quality control. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to transport materials within the manufacturing facility. Conduct routine inspections of assembled products to identify defects or issues, making adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to quality standards. Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking parts and supplies used during assembly. Qualifications Prior experience working in a pallet manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes is essential. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and other basic manufacturing equipment. Warehouse experience including forklift operation certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely. Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and manual tasks throughout shifts.
