About the Job We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in international marketing . This role will be responsible for overseeing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple global regions, ensuring consistent brand messaging and adapting campaigns to fit diverse cultural and market needs. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including recruitment and staffing, to drive international growth. What You’ll Do Develop and execute global marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and regional goals. Manage international marketing team, coordinating across various departments and external agencies. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior in different countries to optimize marketing strategies. Tailor campaigns for international audiences while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with recruitment teams to align marketing initiatives with international recruitment strategies. Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments. Oversee digital marketing efforts across global platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience , with a focus in international markets . Strong understanding of cross-cultural marketing and the ability to adapt campaigns to various international audiences. Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns across different regions. Must have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, performance tracking, and use of digital marketing tools such as social media, email marketing, and SEO. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus in international audiences. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Creative thinker who can develop innovative strategies for different markets. A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments and with international partners. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
