We’re seeking a Family Therapist to join our growing team. This position will begin as part‑time with the expectation of transitioning into full‑time as our clinic grows. Your Role As a Family Therapist at HavenRise, you’ll: Provide group, and family therapy to adolescents and their families. Use evidence‑based approaches like CBT, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution‑Focused Therapy. Facilitate meaningful family sessions to improve communication and connection. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client care. Provide psychoeducation to parents and guardians to empower them as partners in healing. Compensation Hourly Rate : $25 – $40.50 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications Unlicensed Therapist: $25-35 hourly Licensed Therapist: $31.25-40.50 hourly Schedule Up to 20 hours a week. Must be available to provide the below support. Schedule can be somewhat flexible. Family Support Group: Currently Monday4:30 pm -5:30 pm Family Workshop : One Thursday -Friday a month8:00 am - 5:00 pm Be part of something extraordinary. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Current Florida license as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW preferred. Otherwise must be license eligible. Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing family therapy, with adolescents. Group experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, clinical documentation, and crisis intervention abilities. Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR systems. Passion for helping adolescents achieve emotional wellness and resilience. Comfort in a start‑up environment; willing to adapt and grow as the clinic evolves. #J-18808-Ljbffr
