We are seeking a professional Controller to join a growing team in Pendleton, SC . This is a full time, permanent/direct hire position with full benefits. Job Description Direct accounting, payroll, procurement, grants, and capital project financial functions Lead annual budget development, forecasting, and financial analysis; monitor performance and advise on resource allocation Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and governing bodies Ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable federal and state regulations; oversee financial statements and required reports Maintain strong internal controls, coordinate audits, and manage financial risk Serve as the primary liaison with auditors, regulators, and external partners Supervise and develop finance staff, fostering accountability and continuous improvement Oversee financial systems and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and decision‑making Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 3-5 years of experience in a controller level accounting position 3+ years of supervisory or management experience CPA (Preferred but not required) Experience and working knowledge of ERP systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Find Great People | FGP
