Regional VP, Customer Success Southeast & South Central

Mc Graw-Hill

McGraw Hill in the United States seeks a Regional Vice President, Customer Success, Intervention and Supplemental to lead a high-performing team and drive retention and expansion across a defined portfolio, aligning CS strategy with revenue growth and product initiatives.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure customer value realization, establish health metrics, and scale adoption across regions, with up to 50% travel.
