AI Solutions Architect

AI Solutions ArchitectJohnson Technology Systems Inc. (JTSi) is building the next generation of AI-native infrastructure for U.S. federal contracting. We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect to own the design, development, and delivery of intelligent platforms across our proposal automation, talent acquisition, and CRM integration workstreams. This role sits at the center of JTSi's AI Initiatives R&D function. You will architect multi-LLM pipelines, design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems over federal contracting corpora, and integrate AI capabilities directly into OfficeGaps—JTSi's proprietary SaaS CRM.
