ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Marta Nerin - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Base + uncapped commission + bonuses

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Generate sales from existing clients interactions.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance payments, claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty License (must already have it) but for exceptional candidates we can assist with obtaining it. 
• Knowledge of CRM, Mod and Policy Center a +.
• Must like dogs.

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team!

• Licensed and experienced representatives: Hourly wage $25 - $30/hr, based on experience.
• No license and no insurance experience: Starting salary $18/hr with opportunities for growth and training.
