As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nam Pham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Benefits include hiring bonus, bonus based on performance, competitive salary, flexible schedule, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, and training & development.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, proven track record of meeting sales targets, and willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.

We are located in Edina, MN and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and retirement planning.
