Responsibilities- Review existing insurance policies to ensure coverage aligns with the current needs of our clients.
- Process policy changes, payments, and document requests with high attention to detail.
- Answer client inquiries regarding their policies and coverage options with patience and clarity.
- Identify gaps in protection and recommend appropriate products to better serve our policyholders.
- Maintain accurate client files and documentation in our agency system.
- Collaborate with the agency owner to reach office goals and uphold our reputation for excellence.
- Active Illinois Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Active Illinois Life and Health insurance license.
- Prior experience working in an insurance agency setting.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep commitment to providing exceptional service to every client.
