At Chick-fil-A, the role of team member is more than just a job; its an opportunity. Team members are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to everyone they serve each day and ensuring that all guests receive Chick-fil-As signature service and food.
Type of position:

Responsibilities of team members at the front desk:
- Smile
- Make and maintain eye contact
- Speak with enthusiasm
- Build emotional connections with guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the restaurants vision and values
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and have a strong work ethic
- Work standing for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Always comply with Chick-fil-As standards and dress code
- Other assigned duties
