Event Manager – Experiential Venue & Events Seattle, WA $95,000–$100,000 + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits We are partnering with a unique and highly energetic hospitality and entertainment destination in Seattle that is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead and elevate its growing events business. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced venue that blends hospitality, entertainment, food & beverage, and community experiences into one dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a polished, organized, and relationship-driven leader with strong experience managing a broad range of events—from corporate functions and private celebrations to large-scale activations and community programming. This role requires someone who thrives in a high-volume setting and can seamlessly manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do: Oversee planning and execution of private events, corporate functions, social gatherings, and special activations Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry through post-event follow-up Coordinate with culinary, operations, marketing, and venue teams to ensure flawless execution Manage event timelines, staffing logistics, floor plans, and operational details Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and community partners Ensure high standards of guest experience and service are maintained at all events Drive revenue opportunities through upselling and repeat business development Monitor event performance and identify opportunities for process improvements What We're Looking For: 3+ years of Event Management experience in hospitality, entertainment, venue operations, restaurants, hotels, or experiential concepts Strong experience executing high-volume and multi-faceted events Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship skills Experience collaborating with food & beverage and operational teams Strong attention to detail and ability to lead through execution Proficiency with event systems and scheduling platforms preferred Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $95,000–$100,000 10% Bonus Opportunity Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) program Generous PTO package Strong company culture with growth opportunities Excellent overall benefits package If you enjoy creating memorable experiences, leading dynamic events, and thrive in an energetic hospitality environment, we’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
