As the Warehouse Manager you will provide materials, equipment, and supplies by directing, receiving, warehousing, and distribution services. Compensation aspects of the role are dependent upon knowledge, skills and experience. **Principal Duties and Responsibilities*** Maintains all shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.* Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.* Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.* Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.* Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.* Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.* Maintains professional and technical knowledge.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.* Purchase, maintain & repair all tools.* Abide by company safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA standards.* Accountable for the safe work performance and equipment and ensures the work site/ area is safe and OSHA compliant.* Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned. **Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications*** High school diploma or GED preferred.* Minimum 3 years of Shop Management experience preferred.* OSHA 10 Hour preferred.* Ability to successfully complete an operator exam and drive powered industrial equipment. **Additional Requirements*** Requires basic mechanical aptitude, mathematical and English language skills.* Maintain a positive, cooperative, and coachable attitude.* Initiative; self-motivated (driven), self-starter.* Analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to lead others including teaching and coaching.* Ability to walk, stand, squat, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb, reach, grasp and comfortably lift up to 20 lbs.* Regular and predictable attendance.* Must be able to fulfill the essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and a safe manner.* Work performed primarily inside but must go outside at times for product and various tasks.* Exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.* The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.* Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening.* Ability to pass MVR check (if applicable) or must have reliable transportation.* Ability to pass a physical ability test.* Ability to travel, as needed, for projects. **Benefits*** 401K match* Medical* HSA* Dental* Vision* Long-term Disability* PTO* Paid Holidays* Pet Insurance* Employee Assistance Program* Company Discount Program **Disclaimer**The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this job.
