We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. About the role As a Senior Marketing Recruiter at Applied Intuition, you will partner closely with marketing leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, evaluate, and close exceptional marketing talent across brand, growth, product marketing, and communications functions. At Applied Intuition, you will: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire marketing leaders, growth marketers, product marketers, brand strategists, and communications professionals Partner with marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized marketing talent across B2B, enterprise SaaS, and technical product marketing Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and alignment with Applied's values Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill to help problem-solve bottlenecks and support hiring velocity We're looking for someone who has: BS in Business Marketing, Economics, management or related field 5+ years of experience in marketing recruiting, with a strong track record hiring marketing leaders, growth marketers, product marketers, or other specialized marketing talent Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights Familiarity with marketing talent markets and competitive dynamics Nice to have: Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical product marketing roles Familiarity with marketing talent markets and competitive dynamics Experience hiring marketing professionals in a startup or hypergrowth environment Experience recruiting for automotive, trucking, construction, mining, or defense domains Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment. Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is: $154,000 - $209,000 USD annually.
