Corporate Accountant

Senior Corporate AccountantOur client, a large privately held company, is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to support corporate accounting operations and financial reporting. This role will be instrumental in the close process, general ledger management, account reconciliations, and multi-entity reporting. The Senior Corporate Accountant will also partner with cross-functional teams, support audits, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Primary Duties:Lead key close activities and prepare journal entriesReconcile complex accounts and investigate variancesSupport consolidated reporting and intercompany accountingMaintain general ledger accuracy and supporting documentationAssist with audits, internal controls, and accounting policy compliancePartner with internal teams on reporting, analysis, and special projectsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting5+ years of relevant accounting experienceStrong GAAP knowledgeERP experience and advanced Excel skillsCPA preferred
