Location: Onsite - Tupelo, MS Compensation: $165,000 - $300,000+ DOE + Bonus Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, vision, dental, generous PTO, and 8 paid holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage tax compliance, planning, and consulting for a variety of clients, including individuals, corporations, and partnerships

Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing training and guidance

Review and approve complex tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic tax planning and advisory services

Stay current on tax laws and regulations to provide proactive advice and identify tax-saving opportunities

Assist in business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities Play an active role in firm leadership, contributing to strategic initiatives and long-term growth

Qualifications:

✔️ Outgoing, dynamic personality with a growth-oriented mindset

✔️ CPA required

✔️ 6 + years of tax experience in public accounting, with leadership experience preferred

✔️ Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax laws

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

✔️ Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
