Biltmore Psychology and Counseling is an established, highly rated private-pay mental health practice located in Phoenix, Arizona. We are expanding and seeking a full-time Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to provide individual and couples therapy to adults in a warm, supportive, and professionally run clinic.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct intake assessments and provide evidence-based therapy to adult individuals and couples
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals focused on quality care
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Psychologist in the State of Arizona (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
- 2–3 years of experience providing adult individual therapy
- Common issues: anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, grief, adjustment disorders
- 2–3 years of experience providing couples therapy
- Issues: communication, infidelity, premarital counseling, conflict resolution
- Experience in both short-term and long-term therapy
- Completion of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Externship or willingness to complete within 3 months of hire
- No history of criminal convictions or professional/ethical violations
- Proof of professional liability insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in private practice
- EMDR or trauma-informed modality training or certification
- PSYPACT
Pay and Benefits
- Salary: $150,000.00 - $235,000.00 per year (based on case load and retention rate)
