Northview Kids Serving Coordinator & Administrator Category: Campus Staff Supervisor: Northview Kids Director/Pastor Date: July 2026 Purpose of the Role The Northview Kids Serving Coordinator & Administrator’s primary responsibilities are two-fold; Support the Northview Kids staff in recruiting and training new Carmel Campus team members. This includes the team member recruitment process, orientation, test drives, training, appreciation, and requirements. Perform all administrative work for our Family Framework events and support the Director and Coordinators in administrative tasks associated with Rock and Planning Center. Oversee the onboarding process (from start to finish) of new team members & communicate weekly with test drives. Support Director and Coordinators in Administrative Tasks Associated with Rock and Planning Center and oversee the administrative side of our Family Framework events (FX, Baby Dedication, Bible Presentation & Family Rhythms, Level Up Weekend, etc.). Assist with Family Ministry events including, but not limited to, Family Framework events, Team Member training appreciation, SOWO, Summer Serve. Meet with parents and team members on a regular basis. Assist in classroom during services when needed. Additional tasks: leads recruitment campaigns, performs initial contact for potential team members, leads assimilation and follow-up, develops strategy and system for data collection, maintains orientation materials, coordinates events, creates campaign ideas, helps with training and appreciation events, serves at events, captures photos, oversees resource wall, attends meetings, etc. Supervisory Responsibilities This position works with volunteers and must have an understanding that volunteers are key to the ministry of the church. The employee must have a heart to recruit, train, equip and support volunteers in fulfilling their roles. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in related field 1-3 years of related experience working in volunteer recruiting Ability to effectively manage timeStrong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives We are required by law to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities.
