HOSPITALITY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Remote Position – Texas

$70,000–$80,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Performance Commission

Our client, a growing national provider of hospitality staffing and outsourced facility services, is seeking a relationship-driven Hospitality Account Manager to manage and grow an established portfolio of hotel and hospitality accounts throughout Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality-focused account management professional who understands how hotels operate and how strong vendor relationships are built. The position focuses on client retention, service quality, and account growth—not cold prospecting. An existing book of business is not required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Base salary of $70,000–$80,000, based on experience
• Quarterly performance-based commission with a target value equal to 15% of annual base salary

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least two years of B2B sales, account management, customer success, or client-services experience within the hospitality sector
• At least one year of experience selling products or services to hotels or other hospitality organizations
• Experience managing, retaining, and growing existing client accounts
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality vendor relationships
• Ability to communicate confidently with property-level managers and regional leadership
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and renewal timelines
• Must reside in Texas and have experience working with hospitality clients within the Texas market
• Experience supporting accounts across Texas or other Western states is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits
• Hospitality staffing experience is helpful but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of hotel and hospitality clients
• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with property-level and regional stakeholders
• Monitor account satisfaction, retention, and overall service performance
• Coordinate with operations teams to resolve service concerns and ensure high-quality delivery
• Conduct regular client business reviews and communicate performance results
• Identify opportunities to expand services across additional properties, departments, or service lines
• Manage account renewals, client activity, and follow-up through the company CRM
• Partner with operations and company leadership to ensure services remain aligned with client expectations

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Candidates may come from hospitality staffing, hotel supplies, linen and uniform services, foodservice distribution, commercial kitchen equipment, janitorial or facility services, hospitality technology, or other companies that sell products or services directly to hotels.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, solving operational challenges, and growing established accounts without relying on cold prospecting.
