Project Manager Shower Door DepartmentGrowing residential glass and custom shower enclosure company seeking a detail-oriented and driven Shower Door Estimator. This role is responsible for converting incoming leads into accurate estimates and successful projects while coordinating closely with customers, designers, suppliers, field measurement teams, and installation crews.The ideal candidate should have experience in construction estimating, glass and glazing, or home improvement, with strong mathematical, technical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with shower doors or custom glass enclosures is highly preferred.Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesReview project blueprints, architectural drawings, and customer or field measurements to prepare accurate estimates.Estimate frameless, semi-frameless, and framed shower enclosures.Prepare accurate and timely project quotes.Communicate with homeowners, contractors, and designers regarding project requirements and design options.Discuss glass types, hardware options, finishes, and enclosure configurations with customers.Convert approved estimates into accurate manufacturing and supplier ordering tickets.Coordinate with suppliers and fabricators to ensure orders are processed correctly.Work closely with field measurement and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.Review measurements and project specifications to minimize quoting and ordering errors.Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.Provide professional customer service and resolve project-related questions or issues.Maintain organized project documentation and estimating information.Qualifications and CertificationsMinimum 2 to 4 years of experience in construction estimating, glass and glazing, or home improvement.Shower door or custom glass enclosure estimating experience is highly preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.Ability to accurately interpret field measurements.Strong mathematical and estimating skills.Ability to learn and effectively use industry-specific estimating software.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Professional customer service and problem-solving abilities.Strong organization and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.No specific certification is required.Benefits401k matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insurance
