Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Legal Receptionist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Atlanta, GA.

Job Title: Legal Receptionist
Work Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 1Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school diploma required; Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Responsible for reception duties/hospitality duties, as well as print/copy and mail duties.
• The type of candidate that would be successful in this role is one who has law firm experience.
• This person would need to have the ability to serve at the reception desk, be flexible, a team player, and customer service focused.
• This person would need to be able to work well under pressure, as sometime law firms can be demanding depending on the customers' needs.
• No physical requirements (extensive standing, walking, lifting).

Skills & Qualifications :

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of related business experience preferred, strong preference for Admin experience particularly in a law firm/legal environment.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated organizational and communications skills.
• Proactive attitude.
