Collections Representative

To support the Collections department, the remote Collections Representative will initiate collection calls, arrange payment plans, and manage a large volume of patient accounts while adhering to FDCPA and HIPAA guidelines. Key responsibilities Initiate daily collection calls and arrange payments for outstanding balances Set up payment plans for debtors unable to repay in full and send correspondence regarding delinquent accounts Provide updates to management and coordinate with the legal department on skip tracing and asset location Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred Motivated by weekly goals and monthly quotas Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels High level of integrity and dependability with a results-oriented mindset
