Pay Range: $45/hr - $51/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Project Management Manager, you’ll manage a team responsible for providing basic management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This role is for a data center construction project manager.
• Manage day-to-day activities for data center construction projects.
• Coordinate closely with design teams, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee construction processes, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Basic computer functions
• Microsoft suite
• Years of experience: Minimum 1 year of data center related experience and 4-8 years construction project management experience is required.
• Education: Preferred 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. No licensing required.
• Interview Process: 2-3 virtual interview
