Global Product Marketing Manager, Cell Sorters

Waters Biosciences seeks a Global Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and launches for its cell sorting portfolio, including the BD FACSDiscover S8 and BD FACSAria systems. The role requires deep flow cytometry expertise and global market knowledge to drive adoption, shape positioning, and execute cross-functional commercial initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead global cell sorter product launches from strategy through regional activation and growth measurement
- Shape go-to-market strategy and portfolio positioning for BD FACSDiscover S8 and FACSAria systems
- Convert customer, scientific, and market insights into portfolio decisions and segment growth opportunities
- Build relationships with researchers, laboratory leaders, and key opinion leaders to drive adoption
- Partner with regional sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams on launch execution and market prioritization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of life sciences or global product marketing experience
- Hands-on knowledge of cell sorting, cell sorters, and flow cytometry workflows
- Strong understanding of flow cytometry market dynamics and competitor landscape
- Ability to translate scientific and market data into commercial strategy
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to influence senior leaders
- MBA, Master's, or PhD in immunology, cell biology, or related discipline preferred
